Lots of travelling , but if you can bearcat it’s a great way to see some wonderful parts of the island Even worthwhile enlisting the photographers services , if you don’t mind standing strong and haggling on the price The horse headers are , however , very demanding of heavy tips . We loved our tour guide (shout out to Sexi Papi) who gave us lots of great info about life in DR along the tour. Yes, it is a lot of travel (air conditioned van to boat, to covered truck, to horseback ride, and then all this in reverse back to your resort). But we felt it was fun & interesting the entire way. The Lemon Cascade is beautiful too, but you have to walk up and down 280 steps each way, and for me it would have been better to stop in a beach instead.”
