“Lots of fun feeding the monkeys, however I got bit by one that mistook my finger for food. The staff said that the monkeys are all vaccinated twice a year. However, I'm not taking any chances and and started my rabies shots protocol. I would suggest wearing strong gloves for anyone doing this excursion.”

“The tour was great, we had loads of time with the monkeys and the plantation tour was really informative with a great opportunity to buy some Dominican products! I would recommend the cocoa butter, our guide wasn’t wrong when he said you will be too far away to buy more when it runs out so get the big one! We had our guide Eddy and drove Matius, if you get these guys you’re in great hands!”

“I had a good time at the Monkey land activity. The monkeys were cute. Orlando, our driver, was great! He grabbed my bags and put them on the bus. Be prepared for the monkeys to possibly pee and defecate on you, as this was me and my husband’s experience. But hey, it’s nature right?”

“I'll start with the one negative which is as compared to other zip line courses, this one was ok. there were plenty of them which was great but a couple were a little short. That being said, the guides were fantastic and the longer runs were great. Also, the opportunity to feed squirrel monkeys and check out some of the other wildlife in the sanctuary were not only unique but truly amazing. My kids and their friends could not say enough and haven't stopped talking about it. This is a great experience and allows you to support an awesome company that is providing other services to the island.”

“An amazing day from start to finish! The guide was very friendly, happy and upbeat. He was very knowledgable and interactive throughout the day. The trip was well organised, including the lunch. We were picked up from our hotel right on time and dropped back off. The Monkey park was incredible with opportunities to buy photos at the end. The zip line was also amazing, a great adrenaline rush! Best day.”

“Our grandchildren, 8, 7, and 5, LOVED the monkey experience! Actually the adults loved it too. It’s such an amazing opportunity to get that close to nature. If you love the natural world, definitely do it. Just keep in mind you’ll be bumping through the jungle countryside in an old bus, it will be very hot outside, and it will probably rain on you for at least a few minutes. The coffee and chocolate learning experience was interesting also. But you will need patience as it wasn’t perfectly organized.
