“Well since we first booked the activity we didn’t receive a time of pick up until late at night they told us that at 12:40PM would be the pick up time they ended up coming an hour later by the time we got done picking everyone else up we arrived at the beach like around 3 the beach was disgusting it was so dirty while parasailing two people almost drowned because the boat broke down we had to wait like 30 min for another boat to save us and take us ashore the snorkeling was ok but we got rushed and cut short due to the time last so we…”

“Parasailing was a mess boat shut down so we couldnt parasail. We rescheduled with guide for the next day in the morning but did not receive a Confirmation, I emailed tour comany multiple times with no response about rescheduling but waited in the lobby just in case, no driver arrived, then rescheduled again for the afternoon, driver showed up but then got lost picking up 2nd group so it took 1.5 to get to the beach to parasail for less then 5 min and wasted half our day. Do yourself a favour and just go snorkeling and party boat.”

“This was a fun first-time experience with my cousin. I would’ve provided 5 stars, but the overall description of the excursion is slightly misleading. There was no “welcome drink” or even water offered to the group, and the boat is not a “yacht” we were expecting upon arrival. Friendly staff, however.”
